YouTube | Summer gradient

Happy Friday! If you follow me on Instagram or Twitter, you may have seen that I had posted an introductory video on my "drinkcitra" YouTube account. (You can watch it here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbZ9Jm_7GEI). I had previously started a "nailsbydrinkcitra" YouTube account a while back and posted a few videos, but I really wasn't feeling the channel. I'm hoping with this fresh start, I'll be able to keep a steady video posting pace.

Onto today's mani...
I used Lime Crime's Parfait Day, Peaches ♥ Cream, and Crema de Limón. For your viewing pleasure, you may watch how this mani was created:

I know some of you had mentioned that wanted me to talk in these videos the last time I posted one...but I will eventually! I'm still a little camera shy lol. I hope you enjoyed this! Stay tuned every Friday for new videos!

Have a wonderful weekend!

  4. I was wondering how you did your gradient. I think it's a great idea to use the end of the sponge. I'm going to try that next time. If you put vaseline around your nails, it keeps everything clean :)

  5. YES to videos!!!!!!! Sometimes when I see your nails, I'm like OHHHH it's so pretty, but how did she do that?!? So I think having a video is great! I loved it - the music, focus / out of focus, the way you presented each product and directions step by step, even the fast forwarding parts were perfect haha!

Love the video and love your nails, Traci!

  12. Nice! I saw your video on youtube, but forgot to comment here. I subscribed :) I know you mentioned people wanting you to talk, but I really like how you have it set up as it is. Its very clean and simple! When theres background music I usually like it without a voice over. I don't mind reading :)

  13. This is gorgeous and perfect for summer! Like a sunset! You have such pretty natural nails. Mine don't look half as good because they get so stained from nail polish even though I wear base coat!
