Twinsie Tuesday: Beach Inspired

Happy Summer! Summer officially began last week and it's a bit cloudy and rainy where I am now, but I'm very excited about the warm weather to come!

For this week's Twinsie Tuesday Beach mani, I was excited to see how using a polish on top of a liquid sand polish would turn out. I started out with OPI's Liquid Sand in Solitaire as a base and used Essie's Lapis of Luxury for the water and Essie's Brooch the subject for the sand. I was pretty happy with the semi-textured look this gave.

I added starfishes to my thumb and ring finger using OPI's Liquid Sand in Jinx. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this polish for the starfish!

  2. I can't believe it's rainy and cold where you are! Where is the summer sunshine? We probably stole all of it down here, since it's almost hitting triple digits... I don't think I want the rain, but I'll take some cool breeze from you! haha

I do love that you brought summertime to your nails! You're so amazing, Traci! :)
