Have you seen this plastic bag nail stickers technique before? I have only seen this done a few times and have been wanting to try it out. All you have to do is create a design, or in my case write out a word, with a skinny dotting tool and polish on plastic (I used a zip-lock sandwich bag) and wait for it to dry. Once it's dry, apply a clear top coat over the design and wait for it to dry again. After it's dry, you should be able to peel off the design and it will be like a nail sticker.
I used Essie's Play Date for the base color and Maybelline's Porcelain Party was used for the stickers. The stickers were applied to two of my nails as accents. I don't know if you can tell, but I didn't apply the "love" sticker while the purple polish was wet, so there was air left underneath. I found when I applied the heart stickers to my thumb, they applied better with a wet layer of polish to go over. To help seal the stickers and keep them in place, I topped them off with Seche Vite top coat.
Have you tried this out before? I'd love to hear about your experience with this technique :)

DeleteI've only done this once and I didn't cover the design with clear polish so I bet that would help it all stay together better. This looks cool! Also- even though I've been comment bombing you for a minute here, I JUST noticed your new font/logo up top! I'm sure it's not even new by now but I just noticed it- it looks great! :)
