Dark Mani

I caved in...I bought my first Butter London. I have 4 that I received as gifts, but this is the first Butter London I purchased myself. Oh the humanity! lol. If you read my posts before, I said the price for the Butter London polishes were too steep and that I wouldn't be buying any, but I caved. I bought The Black Knight from Zappos for the usual $14, but fortunately there was no tax and shipping was free so I saved a bit. I paired it with Essie's Luxedo and love the results!

  6. You know what, I swore I would never buy a Butter London either because it's $17 here in Canada, but Black Knight was the one that made me cave as well! It's just so different than anything out there!

  12. If you are going to purchase a BL polish, Black Knight is the one to get in my opinion. I bought Black Knight and No More Waity Kaite off of zappos too. I havent bought anymore BL since though.
When you got yours did they have a giant upc sticker on the backs of the bottles? Mine had them and they were the kinds that do not come off and leave tons of gunk. I wrote to them about it and they said they would work to change it. Just curious...cause I hadnt wanted to purchase them from Zappos anymore if they still do that :/

    1. No More Waity Katie is one I was looking at too, but thought I should just stick with one...lol. Now that I think about it, there was a sticker label on the back of the bottle. I remember thinking "great..." It came off a little easy. There were some parts that stuck and I had to use tape to pull the rest of the little bits off. I don't know if I'll be purchasing any more in the near future. Hopefully they change that...

  16. That combo is so nice! I own 3 BL polishes myself. In England I found 2 polishes for 5 pounds each. I that think amounts to $10 so it wasn't as bad compared to salon prices for OPI and the like. Still, the price is ghastly but the polishes are so so pretty :'(
