Recent purchase

I just wanted to share with you guys my recent purchase from that nail supply store where my friends and I get polish. Last Friday, my sister and I decided to go and see what they had. I was hoping they were going to have the latest Essie collection, Go Overboard, but the guy said it takes them a while to get the Essie polishes in. I was sad, but decided to pick up a few...which lead to a bit more...I was excited to see that they had the China Glaze Magnetix Collection in stock. I just wanted to try it so I got Pull Me Close. I picked up Essie's Trophy Wife, Sexy Divide, Licorice, Smooth Sailing, Raise Awareness, Mademoiselle, Haute as Hello, Cute as a Button, and Brownie Points. From Color Club, I picked up Si Vous Please, and Femme Fatale. The Femme Fatale didn't have the name on the bottom, but luckily my friend Benwajones has it and was able to tell me the color name! So all together I spent about $47 on these. The China Glaze polish and the magnet were $5 each, so I was hesitant about getting it, but I really wanted to try it out...so I figured, why not? I'll have a post soon about the results. Sorry this is a bit long. Happy Hump Day! :)

  9. Really cool you were able to pick up the magnetic polish, definitely way more affordable than the one available at sephora. You got some really nice colours in your haul, especially the Essie polishes.

    Wish we had local nail supply store here but the only one shut down months ago :(

  10. You are an Essie addict like you've said before! LOL! The magnet and polish come separately? That's so weird. I can't wait to see the swatches!! =)

    1. LMAO!! I know huh :/ It's kinda bad sometimes haha. And yea, they came separate. I thought that was weird, but I guess it's a way for them to make money since you need it to actually do something with the polish...haha

    2. That's so dumb though. Why would you put out a magnetic nail polish without a magnet?! It makes no sense. Stupid marketing ploys. -__-;;

    3. I know! It really sucks :( And to be honest...the magnet is really cheap looking. I should have posted pics, but the magnets are super thin. $5 is a little much
