Twinsie Tuesday | Something New



Happy Tuesday! It's the last Tuesday and last day of 2013! This Twinsie theme is Something New and one of my coworkers gave me OPI's matte top coat for Christmas so I implemented it in this manicure as an accent. The heart tips were created with Essie's Licorice.
