Twinsie Tuesday | Holiday Gift


Happy Tuesday! This week for Twinsie Tuesday we received a "gift" from a fellow Twinsie to create a manicure based on their requirements. The beautiful Amanda gave me the following:

"I want you to create a holiday-inspired "soft yet hard" mani that any girl can wear.  I'd love it if you could keep the colors friendly to all holidays (not just red and green for Christmas or blue and white for Hanukkah) so any girl can wear it."

I've never had to think about creating a "soft yet hard" manicure before because when I paint my nails, they seem to just happen. I'm hoping this manicure has that effect. I started out with Essie's Mademoiselle as the base to give my nails a "natural" look. I then used Essie's Hors D'oeuvres and On A Silver Platter for the tips.  



I hope this manicure meets my gifter's standards and is something any girl can wear during the holidays!
