Happy Tuesday! For this week's Twinsie Tuesday manicure, we were to create a mani inspired by a YouTube tutorial. I was excited to try this water color spotted manicure that Chelsea created here:
For my mani I used Lime Crime's Lavendairy, Parfait Day, and Once In A Blue Mousse, and Maybelline's Color Show in Onyx Rush.
