Twinsie Tuesday: Ice Cream Mani


Mmm with the weather being as warm as it has been in the Bay Area, I could go for some ice cream right now. This week's Twinsie Tuesday theme is ICE CREAM! I decided to created some neon drips on the tips using China Glaze's Celtic Sun and Shell-O.
