This is a beautiful blue holo and I was curious to see how it would look by itself versus over a white polish. On my pointer and middle finger I applied a white base coat and two coats of the holo polish. My ring and pinky have three coats of the holo polish by itself. I like the way this polish looks either way, but it looks a bit more vibrant over the white base.
