I've finally tried using the Matte About You over a Glitter. To me it makes the glitter look ice-y :) What do you think? I think 'll be trying this whenever I use glitter just to see how it turns out. I'm not much of a glitter person, but I do like it once in a while and I like how it looks with the matte top coat.
